Caeden Miller

I’m a social worker and therapist who believes that building therapeutic relationships is the foundation of effective therapy. My approach is collaborative and conversational, with therapy guided by each client’s individual needs and goals. I earned my Master of Social Work from Weber State University and my Bachelor of Social Work from Utah State University. I work with clients of all ages, with a particular interest in adolescents, and have experience supporting youth and families through Juvenile Justice and Youth Services (JJYS), foster care, and community-based mental health settings. I have worked with concerns including anger and emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, and family conflict, while also supporting clients with a variety of other concerns.

My therapeutic approach primarily draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I believe clients should have an active voice in their therapy and that they don't need to have everything figured out before getting started. Outside of work, I enjoy movies, video games, football, lacrosse, and staying physically active. I enjoy finding common ground with clients and creating a comfortable environment where they can feel heard and supported.

All of my work is conducted under the direct supervision of Shauna Buck, Clinical Director.
