Meet The Team
Alisa Roberts
Owner and Therapist
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been licensed in Utah since 2013. I have over 28 years of professional and personal experience working with neurodivergent individuals. I have experience working in helping clients with trauma and abuse, adoption, family conflict, attachment, relationship and parenting issues. I work with clients from infants to adults. I love working with adolescents. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, empathy, and compassion. I am a directive therapist but that does not mean I will tell you what to do. Instead, I will give you a different way to think about an issue so you can make the best decision for your life. My job is to help you on your journey in this life. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to meet your unique and specific needs.
I am a parent of neurodivergent children. I believe strongly in the benefits of self-care and know how hard life can be. I enjoy reading, watching movies, true crime, and being outdoors. I believe people have the power to heal themselves. I love helping and empowering individuals on their journey.
